My Career

I was sometimes asked about my career.
The Lord Jesus is my witness that I am well aware of my total
depravity, natural inability, insignificance, and unworthiness. But for His grace, I would be
punished with eternal death.
Before I became a born-again Christian, I had sought self-glory.
So, my career was vainity. After becoming a born-again Christian, I have often
sought my pride in the name of Jesus, treating Jesus Christ as a powerful
assistant rather than my Master. My testimony was often for me, not for Him. So all my career is so shameful. Therefore, I count all my
career beyond the Excellency of the Knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, as
rubbish, that I may gain Christ.
I was educated at the School of Ministry at Calvary Chapel Costa
Mesa, especially taught, mentored, and influenced by three (3) pastors - Carl Westerlund, Chuck Smith, and David Hockings.
